What's the ideal purpose of prisons? Let us say they are meant to change behavior. How can we use virtual reality to increase the chances ?

Most people have a happy place in their lives. Could be something from their childhood. Staying in that happy place could reverse the effects of the situations that got people to be the way they are.

Could virtual rreality offer a way to take people back to those happy places and make the neuroplasticity of the brain reform the aggressive areas? Could we make them calm again?
