Agile is a way of working. Not a bunch of rituals. 

The agile processes are tools. Cant use a hammer the same way all the time. 

Agile can enable. But must be used wisely. Not ritualistically.

Cant lose focus on the end goal: Get the deliverable into the hands of the user. User should be using it , want to use it and deriving value from it .

Agile should aid this.
